RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 15MHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Tray.It has proved to be a valuable component for a variety of applications since it is a General Purpose RF IC .On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 64 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.64-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 15mA.
