RF IC features an enhanced 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.There is a Tray package for this RF modulator.The General Purpose RF IC type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.72-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 105°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 190mA in order to deliver its performance.
