AD6679BBPZ-500 Overview
A frequency of 135MHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 196-LFBGA Exposed Pad package.There is a Tray package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 196 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.196-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 125°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -55°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
