RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 385MHz.With the enhanced 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this RF IC is excellent.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tray package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 64 terminations integrated.This is a 64-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 125°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -55°C to ensure its reliability.
