In order to protect the linear position measuring sensors from damage, they are packaged in 14-TSSOP (0.173", 4.40mm Width) packages. The MouseReel package houses this electronic component. A linear position measuring sensor can oppose the passage of current through 4.23 kOhms. The supply voltage applied by the linear position measuring sensor should be 5 V when it operates.
