A14100A-1PG257C Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 257-BCPGA package and X package. Having 228 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. An attachment Through Hole allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 4.5V~5.5V , at which it runs. The ACT™ 3 series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the ACT™ 3 family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within 0°C~70°C TA range. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. In order to find related parts, use the part number A14100 as a base. A total of 1377 LABs/CLBs make up this FPGA array. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 10000 gates. The device package supplied by 257-CPGA (50x50) is one of its suppliers.
