You can find FIFO memory chip in the TQFP package.Surface Mount is memory IC's recommended mounting method.With a supply voltage of 3.3V volts, high efficiency is possible.A total of 128 terminations can be found in FIFO means.FIFO design has 128 operation pins.In order to operate FIFO design, a maximum current of 40mA is required.In order to maximize efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 3.3V .At a minimum working temperature of 0°C degrees Celsius, FIFO is guaranteed to operate reliably.As a result of having a maximum operating temperature of 70°C degrees Celsius, the unit is capable of exhibiting stable operation.There is a memory type OTHER FIFO in the IC of this part.If the supply voltage is very low, such as 3.15V V, FIFO may be able to operate.FIFO memory can handle a maximum supply voltage of 3.45V volts.A total of 128 pins are present on the FIFO memory IC.A frequency of 100MHz is sufficient to maintain good accuracy.During regular operation, the FIFO memory's maximum value is 100MHz .
