5962-89807012A Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 0Hz~2MHz.RF IC with the enhanced 20-CLCC package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tube format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 20 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 20-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 125°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -55°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
