54FCT245ATLB Overview
20-LCC Exposed Pad packages are used to implement buffer. It is packaged in the Tube external packaging type for this voltage buffer. This digital buffer is available in the Surface Mount mount. There are a variety of applications for Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuits. The logic IC is powered by 4.5V~5.5V. An ambient temperature of -55°C~125°C TA is suitable for this logical driver. There is a 12mA 48mA output current in the high and low logic states. 3-State outputs are supported. Transceiver uses all 1 elements. Each element is represented by 8 bits.
