54FCT240ATLB Overview
This package uses 20-LCC Exposed Pad. A logical driver using the Tube external packaging is used in this application. Buffers like this are available in the Surface Mount-mount form factor. Buffer, Inverting logic integrated circuits see a wide range of applications, as shown here. There is a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V applied to this ethernet transceiver in order to power it. In ambient temperatures up to -55°C~125°C TA, this voltage buffer is designed to operate. There is a 12mA 48mA output current for the high and low logic states. A total of 3-State outputs can be dealt with by transceiver. It is necessary to use all 2 elements. Each element uses 4 bits.
