1DC103J-EC Overview


A NTC thermistor comes in a Bulk package. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it has been included in the Disc, 2.5mm Dia x 0.8mm W package. When it comes to NTC thermistors, they have a resistance tolerance of ±10%. Set NTC thermistors to -40°C~150°C for reliable performance. NTC thermistors work reliably at 300°C as their maximum operating temperature. NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -55°C without compromising reliability. As a result, the NTC thermistors set their maximum power at 500mW.
