ZTP-135H Overview


The Tray package protects these analog sensors. To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in TO-205AA, TO-5-4 Metal Can Variant packages. An analog sensor can operate at a maximum temperature of 100°C. In order for this sensor to work, it must be operated at a temperature of -20°C or higher.
