ZC931TC Overview
ZC931 is a base part number that can be used to find many related parts.A breakdown voltage of 12V should not be used for analog input domain voltages.There is no diode cap tolerance on this device.The diode can deliver a capacitance of 7.15pF.As an added benefit, the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is space-saving.By dissipating the maximum amount of power, the chip is able to conduct power loss without overheating.In order for conversion results to be accurate, the peak reverse voltage must be within 12V.
