XC9504B093DR-G Overview
With a 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 2V~10V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C rating. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable. The dc to dc voltage regulator belongs to the XC9504 series.
