XC2VP70-7FF1704C Overview
In the 1704-BBGA, FCBGA package, you will find fpga chips. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. The device has 996 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. Its flexibility is fully utilized when operated with a supply voltage of 1.5V. There is a 1.51.5/3.32/2.52.5V power supply that is required to operate it. It usually uses a 1350MHz crystal.
