WM8351CGEB/RV Overview
Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 129-TFBGA package. Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method used. Because it is a type of Stereo Audio, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount. A -25°C~85°C operating performance setting allows it to operate normally. It is equipped with a total of 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. Supply voltage 2.5V~3.6V is provided to the analog circuit. It is supplied with a voltage of 1.71V~3.6V to power the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line's terminations by using 129 terminations. Mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. The power supply for this device is 1.83.3V.
