UZ8814 Overview
To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 500 nA @ 10.1 V is required.10% is the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.There is a maximum reverse leakage current that reaches 500 nA.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 14 V.Wdiodeh a zener current of 0.5 uA, diode is highly flexible in terms of design.In order to operate this device, the working test voltage should be set to 19 mA.Zener single diode reaches 9.8 mV/°C when the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches maximum.A reverse test voltage of 10.6 V is recommended for full operation of this device.
