The reverse leakage current for this electrical device is 500 nA @ 16.7 V.Voltage (Tol) 5% is the maximum possible.In the course of operation, Zener (Nom) drops to zero voltage.This device should be operated with a 11.5 mA working test voltage.Temp Coeff reaches 17.6 mV/°C when the voltage reaches its maximum.To ensure that this device operates properly, diode is recommended that the reverse test voltage be set to 16.7 V.
