UZ710 Overview


The reverse leakage current needed to power this electric device is 40 μA @ 7.6 V.Zener single diode is a maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied at 5%.As part of the operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 10 V.Setting the working test voltage to 75 mA will allow this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches diodes peak, diode reaches 6 mV/°C.
