UZ5808 Overview


The reverse leakage current needed to power this electric device is 200 μA @ 5.9 V.Zener single diode is a maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied at 10%.As part of the operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 8.2 V.Setting the working test voltage to 150 mA will allow this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches diodes peak, diode reaches 4.92 mV/°C.Ideally, this device should operate at a reverse test voltage of 5.9 V.
