USB3322A-GL-TR Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced 25-UFBGA package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.As a Transceiver can transceiver, this part has enabled many applications to be served.This wide receiver can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 1.8V for power supply.There can be up to -- eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.IC receiver has been designed primarily for applications operating at --.With a supply voltage range of 3.3V, this line driver ic operates efficiently.25 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.The base part number USB3322 identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., so you can search for more variants by using it.There is a 25-BGA (3x3) supplier package that is used for this wide receiver.A power-saving technique is used in this integrating circuit, whintegrating circuith belongs to the flexPWR™ series.This transceiver module cannot be operated above 85°C°C.It is recommended to keep the operating temperature above -40°C.In addition to the external terminals, this rf transceiver module has 25 terminals.
