The RF amplifier has type DBS RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Bulk.The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 4.5V~5.5V voltage capabilities can be used.6 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.For its operation, 15mA~24mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.Running the RF power Amplifier at 85°C is ideal.
