For greater flexibility, the HTSSOP-14 package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 1 Driver drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.25V ~ 14.5V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C ~ 105°C (TJ).The input type is Non-Inverting.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 Output outputs.An output current of 4 A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers outputs - 1 V to 16 V as voltage.The gate driver belongs to the UCD7100 series.The supply voltage is 1.5 mA.
