UA723MFKB Description
The A723 is a high-precision integrated-circuit voltage regulator with low standby current, excellent input and load regulation, and great temperature stability. A transistor with a 150-mA output, an error amplifier, a temperature-compensated reference-voltage amplifier, and an adjustable output current limiter make up the circuit.
