TYN412RG Overview
The RMS current is a measure of the average strength of the current, disregarding its direction. Its RMS current (Irms) is 12A ohms.Repetitive reverse voltage is the maximum voltage the diode can withstand in reverse-bias mode, and for this device, the maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is 400V.During the 'ON' state, the holding current (hypostatic) can be 30mA, as it is the minimum current which must pass through a circuit for it to stay in the 'on' state.As this thyristor has 1.6V forward voltage, no current flows across it.
