TS3002ITD822T Overview
The timer clock is enclosed in a packaging that is attached to the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad. This programmable timer has been set to 5.2kHz~290kHz frequencies.It is used to pack in Tape & Reel (TR) case. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended.When a programmable timer is configured to operate at 0.9V~1.8V volts, the voltage that is supplied can be 0.9V~1.8V.The type of chips can be divided into Oscillator, Silicon. The operating temperature of this timer clock is -40°C~85°C. To mount this digital timer with Surface Mount. To keep the clock timer's supply current at 3.6μA. The operating supply voltage is rated at 3.6μA voltage. The NanoWatt Analog™ relates to the digital timer's series. The minimum operating temperature of the chip must not be lower than -40°C. It's best to use the timer clock when the temperature is below 85°C. The timer clock contains 8 pins. The digital timer's operating supply voltage is rated 1V voltage. The digital timer has a frequency tolerance value of 2%. The minimum supply voltage of the chip must not be lower than 900mV. The supply voltage of this chip should not exceed 1.8V.
