An RF amplifier with a cost-effective NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave device type.MMDS, MDS, WCS RF Type from the RF Amplifier.High reliability is provided by the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier is conveniently packaged in 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship internationally.mount Amplifiers RF in the direction of Surface Mount.±4.75V~5.25V voltage can be supplied by the Amplifiers RF.The supply current must be operated at 925mA in order to deliver its performance.There are 32 pins on the high power RF Amplifier.In total, the RF Amplifier has 1 function (s).An array of 32 terminations.The temperature should not exceed 85°C degrees Celsius.
