TMP275AIDG4 Overview


To prevent damage to the analog sensors, they are packaged in SOIC packages. For proper operation, this sensor has 8 pins. This electronic part has 8 terminations. Analog sensors should have 50μA current flowing from the GND terminal. In theory, this sensor can be powered by 410μA current. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for analog sensors to 125°C. In order for this sensor to work, the operating temperature should not be lower than -40°C.
