TLI4970-D050T4 Description
An accurate coreless magnetic current sensor is the TLI4970-D050T4. As a result, the output signal is completely linear and hysteresis-free. However, an effective stray field suppression is possible thanks to the differential measurement principle. There is no requirement for external calibration because the primary conductor (current rail) is incorporated. A separate interface pin (OCD) also offers a quick output signal when a current exceeds a predetermined threshold. Standard SMD assembly is possible with a tiny leadless package (QFN-like).

• Minimal offset error, 25 mA at ambient temperature
• Suppression of high magnetic stray fields
• Fast over current detection with threshold adjustment
• Galvanic isolation with a maximum rated isolation voltage of 2.5 kV.
