TLE49663KHTSA1 Overview
Cut Tape (CT) package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 packages. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 7mA as maximum current. If these switches work, they can output 50mA as the maximum current. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 7mA. Switches require 6 pins to work. 6 terminations are contained in it. The switches should normally output 10mA current. There is 150°C maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches. In order for this magnetic switch to function, the working temperature must be greater than -40°C.
