TLE49615MXTSA1 Overview
Designed to protect magnetic switches from damage, the Tape & Reel (TR) package contains the switches. In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in SOT-23 packages. The maximum current these switches can supply when they work is 25mA. Normally, these switches supply 2.5mA current. Switches have 3 pins for operation. Switches should generally produce 25mA current. For the magnetic switches, 170°C is the maximum operating temperature. For this magnetic switch to function, however, the operating temperature cannot be below -40°C. In this electronic component, the maximum voltage is 32V. The minimum voltage of these switches can be set to 3V.
