Magnetic switches are packaged in Tape & Box (TB) for protection against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in 2-SIP, SSO-2-53 packages. A magnetic switch with good performance can deliver 8mA as its maximum current. Magnet switches must be able to output 16mA current.
