TLE4913HTSA1 Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. These switches have a maximum current limitation of 2.5mA. The switches are wired with 3 pins in order to function. This document has 3 terminations. In general, the switches should output 2mA of current. This switch should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V when it is operational. In terms of reliability, this switch will normally supply 2.7V. It is possible for this magnetic switch to provide a voltage of 2.4V at its minimum. In the event of a magnetic switch malfunction, it could supply 2.7V voltage.
