TLE49063KHTSA1 Overview
Tape & Box (TB) package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 6mA as maximum current. Magnetic switches should have a maximum current of 20mA to operate. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 6mA. Switches require 3 pins to work. The switches should normally output 20mA current. There is 150°C maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches. In order for this magnetic switch to function, the working temperature must be greater than -40°C. Voltages of 18V were the maximum that could be supplied by this electronic component. Minimum voltage for these switches is 2.7V.
