An RF amplifier with a cost-effective WIDE BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave device type.Cellular, CDMA, TDMA, PCS RF Type from the RF Amplifier.High reliability is provided by the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier is conveniently packaged in SOT-23-6, making it easy to ship internationally.mount Amplifiers RF in the direction of Surface Mount.5V voltage can be supplied by the Amplifiers RF.The supply current must be operated at 100mA in order to deliver its performance.The temperature should not exceed 85°C degrees Celsius.
