STK621-140B-E Overview
Tube is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 23-SIP, 19 Leads, Formed Leads package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 12.5V~17.5V's supply voltage.Through Hole is mounted on H bridge circuit.-20°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Through Hole is used.In addH gateion to Auto Restart, Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag, H gate has the following specific characteristics.19 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 23 pins are used as pronged contacts.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 15V.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 15A.The output pins and the power supply pins are conducting 10A current.The Hbridge is equipped with 1 outputs.To ensure high efficiency, the operating supply voltage is maintained at 280V.
