In this package, Tray is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 22-SIP, 18 Leads, Formed Leads package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 12.5V~17.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Through Hole.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -20°C~150°C TJ's operating temperature.AC Motors is pretty useful in a variety of applications.On PCBs, Through Hole mounts H gate.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Auto Restart, Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.Transmission lines are terminated with 18 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.Its base H bridge ic number, STK621, can be used to locate other H bridge ics that are related.There is a voltage supply of 280V that is used to operate H bridge circuit.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.Onput current that reaches 45A at maximum.It is through 22 pins that this bridge driver is able to perform its specific functions.To provide high efficiency, the supply voltage is maintained at 280V.The electric power supplied by 15V is used to power the electrical load.
