STK621-043A-E Overview
For packaging, Tube is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 23-SIP, 19 Leads, Formed Leads package.The supply voltage 12.5V~17.5V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Through Hole.When -20°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are AC Motors.Mount the board using Through Hole.Auto Restart, Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 19 terminations.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 15V.When the ambient temperature reaches 40A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.The output and power supply pins are flowing wH-bridgeh current 20A.It is important to maintain the operating supply voltage at 280V in order to ensure high efficiency.An electrical load is supplied with power from 15V.
