RF Amplifier with cost-effective NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave Device Type.An RF amplifier with the 802.11b/g RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Due to its 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.Amplifiers RFs that can supply 3V~3.6V volts are available.There are two additional features of this RF Amp: HIGH RELIABILITYIn order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 230mA.16 pins are present on the high power RF Amplifier.1 functions (s) are included in the RF Amplifier.It operates on a supply RF Amplifiers' current of 230mA for its operation.Various 16 terminations.There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
