SS549GT Overview
A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. Magnet switches are packed in SOT-89-3 packages for safety reasons. In operation, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. Switches are operated by 4 pins. A magnetic switch can be set to 150°C for its maximum operating temperature. This magnetic switch works best at temperatures above -40°C. It is possible that the magnetic switches would supply 30V voltage when they are in operation. During normal operation, it can deliver 8.7mA current.
