SI5100-H-BL Overview
Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced 195-LBGA package.There is a Tray package for this receiver.The Transceiver can transceiver type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this wide receiver.A differential driver like this uses 1.71V~1.89V of power.The field can have up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers at once when using this electronic part.IC receiver's like this are designed for applications requiring a -20°C~85°C operating temperature.An output voltage range of 1.8V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.There are 195 terminations in this wide receiver so that signals can be driven from the data and received.The transceiver is packaged with 195 market standard pinouts so that it can be easily used.You can search with SI5100 to get more variants of this part, since it identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc.195-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.This line driver integrating circuit represents a power-saving technique that is part of the SiPHY™ series.It is a 1-channel optical transceiver that has been embedded with a single chip.
