A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its CDIP-8 package.This device is equipped with 2 Driver drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 22V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C ~ 125°C (TJ).The input type for this program is Inverting.In terms of its basis, there are 2 Output outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 3 A.The gate driver is part of the Military, MIL-STD-883 series.The device operates on a voltage of 30 mA as the supply voltage.
