S29WS128N0LBAW013 Overview
Case Tape & Reel (TR) is available. It is planted on the chip with 84 terminations. It supports up to 1 functions for comprehensive operation. There is a requirement for 1.8V to be supplied to this ic memory chip in order to operate. This chip is not only loaded with advantages, but it also comes with SYNCHRONOUS BURST MODE OPERATION POSSIBLE, which boosts the performance of your system. In terms of power requirements, this memory chip uses only 1.8V . In terms of power consumption, it can operate at a maximum supply of 0.054mA . Nonvolatile memory arrays require 1.8V programming voltages to change their states. Total, there are 8126 specifically sized divisions within this memory. A FLASH-type memory IC is used in this chip. Temperatures above 85°C are the only conditions for its use. This part is required to be operated at a temperature at -25°C, otherwise it won't work.
