RT8293BHZSP Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. 1.2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 3A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 3A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 23V. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 15V volts. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 800mV volts. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 15V.
