REF3325ATDD1 Overview
Uses the handy Die package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Tube.There are different types of functions that end with 8.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.15% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Part 0 has its pins 0 settled.Searching for "REF3325" will yield other relevant parts.It can be used by applications with 5mA inputs.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 2.5V.In most cases, the voltage reference circuit can supply voltage inputs of 2.7V~5.5V volts.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 70°C.Temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.A supply current of 8.5μA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.
