Into 0603 (1608 Metric) packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistor terminations are 2. It has 2 pins. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 32V voltage. This thermistor can supply 32V nominally when in operation. The PTC thermistors are designed for 100μA current. This thermistor should not provide voltages higher than 32V in a DC circuit.
