PRF18BB471QB5RB Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. This thermistor has 2 pins. The thermistor can theoretically supply 32V voltage when working. PTC thermistors are designed for 100μA current.
