PN4302 Description
PN4302 is an N-channel general-purpose amplifier manufactured by onsemi. The onsemi amplifier PN4302 is designed primarily for low-level audio and general purpose applications with high impedance signal sources. The PN4302 is offered in the TO-92 package. It is specified for operation from -55°C to +150°C with 625mW power dissipation. The PN4302 Drain-Gate Voltage is 30V, Gate-Source Voltage is -30V, and Forward Gate Curren is 50V.
