PDRV5013BCQLPG Overview
Bulk package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body packages. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 2.7mA Typ as maximum current. If these switches work, they can output 30mA as the maximum current. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 2.7mA. Switches require 3 pins to work. The switches should normally output 30mA current. Magnetic switches can provide 38V voltage when operating.
