PALCE16V8-15JC Overview
A Type Surface Mount mount is used to mount the PLD stock.This PAL FLASH type of PLD Programmable logic device is programmable.As a result of Programmable logic array's package, the 20-LCC (J-Lead) is widely used in electronics.In Programmable array logic's Packaging, Tube-materials are used.5V receives the voltage input.Every macro cell has a 8 value.There are 8 programmable I/Os on this PLD.At all times, 5V powers the Complex Programmable logic device.The board is equipped with 8-dedicated inputs.The termination is set to 20.Board 20 pins serve specific purposes.At present, 75°C is the highest working temperature.A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) can be achieved at 5.25V.The supply voltage, Vsup, should be higher than the voltage 4.75V.Programmable logic devices run on 45.5MHz frequency.
